How to Request Neutral or Bad Feedback Removal on eBay UK [2021]

In this post, I will show you how you can make a request to remove neutral or bad customer feedback from eBay UK support using the Request Assistance tool. But prior to making any request, I would strongly suggest that you first communicate with the customer and try to resolve the issue by issuing a partial refund, discount, or whatsoever that could make things better.


1. First login in your eBay store and go to your dashboard: https://www.ebay.co.uk/sh/ovw

2. Click the Seller Help as shown in the screenshot below:

3. In the Request Assistance, select Request to remove Feedback

4. Subsequently, you will find all the customer feedbacks in your store. You can filter them by date or search by item name or date. Select the feedback you want to remove or request help.

5. Answer the questionnaire, add a comment, and submit it when you're done.

Wait and check the response from eBay support about your request. They normally send their replies within 24 hours.

Note: Do not expect that eBay will always grant a request in your favor especially if it's your fault as a seller.
