How to Set Business Policies on eBay UK (Shipping, Payment, & return policies)

Business policies are very important in your eBay store because it tells your buyer about how they can pay you, how long will it takes for the delivery, and whether you accept returns or exchange. You can also add information like legal contact information, terms of sales, and privacy policy.

Additionally, when business seller information is available at the footer of each listing it creates peace of mind for the buyer and it only shows how serious and legit you are as an online trader.

Step on how to set your Business Policies

1. Login in your eBay account

2. Go to my eBay > Site Preferences

3. Scroll down and find the "Business seller preferences" and click Edit or open this link in your browser: https://cgi4.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?RegisterBizSellerInfo

Now, you should be able to add/edit the seller identification section, legal contact information, return policy, company reg. number, terms, and conditions.

4. Hit save when you are done and preview the result.
