Solved: Bluestack Hyper V issue on Windows 10 Home

Let's get this guide straightforward!

Alright, the scenario is you have been running Bluestack for a long time with your Windows 10 laptop or desktop but lately it suddenly stop and showing an error message like below?

As per error message above, the cause of the problem is the enabled Microsoft Hyper-V in your system and Bluestack provided a thorough guide on how to disable Hyper V thru here: https://goo.gl/hM1YauT . BlueStacks uses virtualization technology and when other hypervisors like Hyper-V, VirtualBox or VMWare are running, it may impair its ability to run optimally.

But upon checking, contrary to the guide, when you go to Windows Features the Hyper-V is nowhere can be found. Hyper-V option is not available or can't be used in Windows 10 Home. Hyper V feature is only available to Windows 10 Enterprise, Pro, or Education version of Windows OS. So, if no Hyper V who is the other suspects?

First, you need to check if you have VirtualBox or VMWare installed in your system. You must disable them if want BlueStack running back.

Your next step is to check your Windows Defender Security Center settings. Under Device Security go to Core Isolation, turn off your Memory Integrity. What is this security feature all about? The Memory integrity use virtualization-based security to protect your core operating system high-security processes against malicious code attacks.

How to Disable Memory Integrity

1. Open Windows Defender  Security Center or just open the Windows 10 search bar and type in Core Isolation

2. Go to Device Security and click Core Isolation

3. Turn off Memory Integrity and Restart your computer.

You're done! Now, run your Bluestack and it should be alright.
