CyberCafe Pro Client prompt for Master Password?

"Network error" is the most common issue you might encountered ever with CyberCafe Pro client software. Below is my straight forward  solution on how to rectify this problem.


  1. Make sure all your network devices is properly connected and configured.
  2. Double check your switch hub, LAN cable and server connection.
  3. Check your IP address - must no ip conflict.
  4. Subnet mask and workgroup must be the same across all devices
  5. Try enabling or disabling your firewall.

If the client computer has an internet connection but cannot connect to the main server try checking your Network and Internet Sharing options as well.
