ADMIN MANAGER
Responsibilities:
Successful candidate will be responsible in asset management, Vehicle maintenance, Building administration, Office Management, and property accountability of the head office, and branches.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the same capacity is required for this position.
  • Experience in building administration, vehicles, asset management.

Responsibilities:

Coordinates and actively participates in the conduct of work activities, responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market.  He will establish plan and strategies to expand customers of the company and also contributes to the development of training and education programs for client and account executive.
Requirements:

  • Preferably with at least 6 months working experience
  • Knowledgeable in Government Reportorial Requirements (BIR,SEC, Municipal Requirements); Must have a high level of professionalism, integrity and commitment to quality output;

Supervise In-House Customer Care Assistants, monitors daily service call incident and prepare recommendations, monitors preventive maintenance and inventory activities Resolves clients issues that have been escalated from Customer Service Division, leads and motivates team to meet company-wide service goals and working effectively with customers, peers and management team
Requirements:

INVENTORY ASSISTANT
Responsibilities:
Encode / scan incoming stocks using ERP system. This includes new stocks from suppliers, cancelled orders and defective items returned by clients. Allocates stocks upon advised of Product Manager. Print Sales Order of clients using ERP System, check availability of stocks and ensure approval of all authorized signatories. Submit accurate Inventory Reports on time.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year working experience in the same field is required for the position.
  • Experience in inventory and must be keen on details
