Adobe Illustrator Preference Folder Read Only Error Solution

Actually, I have encountered this issue when my laptop got infected by ransomware called GandCrab.What happened was every time I open AI CS5, an error message pops up like as shown below:
Alright, I tried the "More Info" button but Adobe's guide didn't work for me. Fortunately, I was able to fix the problem by recreating or deleting the x64 folder within AppData path.
1. Navigate this path in your Windows 10 pc
C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator 19 Settings\en_US
2.Type in %AppData% in the search box
3. Delete or rename the x64 folder (don't worry AI will recreate the folder) and run the AI again.
