My Resignation Letter as a Network Administrator

Hello everyone! 

Everybody wants to make change.Last Friday, I have submitted my brief official resignation letter to the HRD office for my decision to leave the company. This is not because I am going to enter any ministerial call ‘coz I don’t have that call or maybe it’s just a miss-call whenever, lol… 

To tell you I’m leaving because I want to engage in an online work for SEO, web projects or any IT related opportunities. Though, I love my present work, I want to explore something that would help to grow my career in the future…

My resignation letter goes this way;

Dear Ma’am Sarah,

Please accept this as formal notice of my resignation from the position of Network Administrator at Centerpoint Plaza, effective from tomorrow. I will be working until January 31, 2011 to train my replacement-do anything will make the transition smoother.

Working for this company has been a wonderful experience. I appreciate both the professional and personal growth opportunities that have been provided to me during my time with the company. I would like to thank you in particular for all your support.

I wish you and FTC Group of Companies continued success in the future.
