The Cool Smartphone Spy-Robot by Romotive

If you could remember last year, the Griffin’s Technology made a cool released of their  HELO TC Helicopter , a smartphone remote-controlled helicopter to bring fun in your office or home using your iPhone,iPad or iPod Touch. To fill your robotics insanity, this time Romotive, a high-tech robotics company based on Las Vegas introduces their cool invention, the smartphone- spy robotics called Romo.

Yes, this is a toy but not the cheap one .Romo uses the power of a smart phone's microprocessor. You need to dock one device into the based, for example an iPhone then, a second smartphone device like iPod Touch, you use the app to control Romo via the WiFi Network. You can make it can smile or frown. It can swivel, crash into another Romo, or wander, and do video recording on all what it sees around.

Romo is equipped with 3 Auxiliary ports, with power switch at side and a USB Charging port. It is recommended to work on the following smartphone devices:

·         iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S

·         iPod Touch v2 and newer

·         Samsung Galaxy family with Android v2.2+

·         HTC Droid family with Android v2.2+
